- No. The site is designed for one focused lesson per sitting. Each micro-course has a free preview lesson. You can pick a goal, read the preview, run the 20-minute exercise, and decide whether to continue.
- How long until I see results?
- Behaviour changes that compound — sleep consistency, habit architecture, money systems, communication patterns — usually need 2-6 weeks of consistent, modest practice before you notice. We're not selling overnight transformation.
- What if I'm not sure which goal applies?
- Use the course recommender. It asks a handful of questions and points you at the right entry. If you're still unsure, browse all courses and pick the one whose promise resonates.
- Are the tools really free?
- Yes. Every tool runs in your browser, uses deterministic logic, makes no paid API calls, and works offline once the page loads. Optional Supabase sign-in lets you save results across devices.
