How Vinthony works

A free academy for self-study on the topics that compound. Read one short lesson at a time, run the exercise, take the quiz, mark it complete. Your progress lives in your account.

Structure

Seven broad courses, twenty-seven micro-courses, one hundred and ninety-two lessons. Each lesson is a tight self-study brief: a three-paragraph summary, four to six concrete takeaways, a fifteen-to-thirty minute exercise, and a short interactive quiz.

Levels

• Foundation. No prior knowledge needed.
• Applied. A skill or framework to practise this week.
• Deep practice. Nuanced; builds on the foundation lessons.

Your account

Sign up with an email and password. Progress is tied to your account so you can pick up where you left off. We never share or sell your data.

Privacy

We store your email, a hashed password, and a list of which lessons you have marked complete. That’s it. No analytics fingerprinting, no third-party trackers, no email marketing without explicit consent. Email [email protected] any time to export or delete your account.
