What this tool can't tell you

It can't diagnose, recommend treatment, or evaluate your specific case. The output is a list of questions for a qualified clinician, nothing more.

Measure waist at the navel, divide by height. Both in cm or both in inches.

HbA1c is the % glycated haemoglobin from a blood test. If you don't know, select ‘I don't know.’

In mmol/L. Multiply mg/dL by 0.0555 if your result is in mg/dL.

From a lipid panel. Divide triglyceride by HDL (use the same units; if your result is in mg/dL, the same numeric ratio works as a rough proxy).
