Deep-work session tracker
Deep work is easier to think you're doing than to actually do. This tracker asks for the honest per-session numbers — duration, focus quality, interruption count — over 30 rolling days, and calls out your weakest day of the week plus one specific intervention. Data lives in your browser only; no account.
Who this is for
People who suspect their deep-work hours are lower and shallower than they'd like, and want honest per-session data instead of vibes. Especially useful for founders, writers, engineers, researchers.
How to use the result
Log a session right after it ends, not at end-of-day (memory decays). Quality 1-5 is your gut score, not a formula. Interruption count is anything that broke focus — Slack, email, colleague, your own tab-switch. Aim for a month of data before drawing conclusions.
What this tool can't tell you
It can't tell you what to work on or whether you're working on the right thing — it only measures focus quality on whatever you chose. It also can't tell you the cause of a weak day; that's your read from context.
Pairs well with
Intervention for next week
Only 0 session(s) in the last 30 days — log 6+ to unlock a weakest-day analysis.
