Rebuild Confidence Under Pressure

Recover and repair confidence after public failure, prolonged stress, or a long period of self-criticism. Build a portable performance system you can deploy before, during, and after high-stakes moments.

12 lessons ~10 hoursSelf-paced

Who this is for

People rebuilding after a setback — a public failure, a job loss, a relationship ending, a season of harsh criticism. Also useful for high-output adults whose inner critic has become louder than their inner coach.

The sequence

7-day quickstart

  1. Day 1 — Read the rewire-the-inner-critic preview lesson.
  2. Day 2 — Fill out the limiting belief audit on one belief.
  3. Day 3 — Read the perform-under-pressure preview lesson; sketch a 5-minute pre-performance ritual.
  4. Day 4 — Run the ritual before today's hardest task.
  5. Day 5 — Receive one piece of criticism without responding for 24 hours. Notice what fires.
  6. Day 6 — Write one sentence separating role from self.
  7. Day 7 — Decide what you'll do less of next week to protect recovery time.
